Aico Alarm Locator Switch

The Aico Ei159 Alarm Locator Switch stops all the units in a system alarming, except for the ones sensing smoke/heat/CO so the source of alarm can be quickly located and the appropriate action taken.

When the units are in alarm state, press the Locator Switch once. This will silence all units except for the ones that triggered the system

The Locator Switch will reset after 10 minutes returning the alarms back to normal state.

• Complies with Electrical Safety Standard BS415: 1990.
• For use with 2100, 160RC, 150, 140 and 260RC Series mains powered alarms.
• Wall mounted for ease of use.
• Can be sited at any convenient point in the property.
• It is recommended that an Alarm Locator Switch be sited on each floor of a property where 3 or more alarms are installed.
• The switch is a press and release spring return type which when operated will silence all the alarms apart from the alarm that was initially activated . This enables the source of the alarm to be identified. The system automatically resets after 10 minutes
• Supplied with a back box to enable easy installation via a 2 wire (neutral and interconnect) connection from any interconnected alarm in the system. Can be flush mounted using a standard recessed back box.
